HELL Chicken

I was doing my “duty” of distributing flyers at MP with KL and FJR (voluntarily). Since it was a voluntarily job, so we decided to give ourselves a lunch break. LOL! It was about twelve at noon. Before the competition start and all the guests arrive, we slipped out for lunch. First thing I thought of in MP was to enjoy a good meal at KFC. FJR had the same thought as me. However, some of them (other friends) were uncertain.

After pondering for a while, they said “Subaraku” (a Japanese cuisine shop). At that time, KL showed us his membership card of a shop called “Chicken Rice Shop”. On the card, it stated that a 15% OFF if we show the card to them. Without further consideration, we head for the shop which is just next to the Japanese shop.

I was impressed with the interior decoration. Not Christmas decoration but at least it was nice and warm. As soon as the waitress came and served us, we show her the card and asked whether the card was still valid. Then, she said the card is just for week day! Argh, our fault! We should have read it more carefully and meticulously. FJR tried to joke with the waitress by asking whether we can still leave. However, the waitress did not give a polite response. Her reply seemed to have figurative meaning of “we don’t need you…you can leave if you want to”. “What the hell man!” No business man would expect their staffs to treat customers like that. NOT delighted and NOT EVEN satisfy with the service. It is the worst treatment and service ever!Evil witch, you just wait and see, Santa is coming soon and he will punish you!!!

Starting that moment,

Interior design = cage / trap
CRS member card = passport to enter the cage / trap
Waitress = witch
The food = bait
Chicken Rice Shop = “Black shop”
We = innocent group of teenagers who are too obsessive and sensitive to the word “discount”.

That was not all the story yet.
When all the dishes arrived, we noticed that it lacked of “Soup of the Day”. They never served the soup yet though we had finished everything. We were in rush since the competition was going to start soon. So, we just paid the bill and did not question much. But my interpretation is:

“Soup of the Day” is just for Week Days!
Unless the menu mentions that it is “Soup of the End”!

KILL ME!~~~ a RM11.00 lesson learned!

Patience Vs. Evil

Today (17th November 2006), I attended my Organizing Behavior (BOB2027) class at 1630 as usual. But, the class started off unusually. First, there was some sort of electricity disruption before the class start. It was all dark inside the class but I and my fellow friends were still sitting inside just to enjoy the air-cond. Just right after the lecturer Miss OPT entered the class everything seemed back to normal. How would that happened? Basically, it just meant that our hope of canceling or postponing the class was vanished. Too bad too bad!!

Anyway, things changed a bit better when the lecturer said that she will show us one movie in this class. She said it was a movie based on Helen Keller true story. Thanks god! That time, I was like though we have class but at least I can try to take a nap during the screening. LOL! However, the movie did not start as boring as I expected. Oppositely, it was quite interesting…..

It was a story featuring Helen Keller’s life during her childhood and how she started to learn her first word in her blind and deaf world. Helen was like a small devil with evil attitude during her childhood. She was bad tempered and behaved in vulgar manner. She was too protected and pampered by her mother. Soon, before they give up and sent her to special care home, a lady who brought miracle to Helen’s life appeared. She started to teach Helen the most important thing in life – “language”. With her patience and love, she helped Helen to gain her life back! Now, she could “see” and “hear” even she was blind and deaf.

Few attractions in this (Disney production) movie:

  1. Very cute Helen Keller cast by Hallie Kate Eisenberg

  1. Interesting fight between Helen and her teacher, Anne Sullivan. (especially the one they slapped each others during dinning time)
  2. Super detail subtitle. (this movie was meant for those who are deaf as well, thus everything were in subtitle including when the frogs are cracking, birds are chirping, etc)
  3. Funny Helen’s brother, James cast by Lucas Black! Such a sarcastic man and full with jokes.
  4. Pretty mom of Helen, Kate cast by Kate Greenhouse.
In the later life, Helen came out with a famous quote:

“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt within the heart.”

Glad to have chance watching this inspiring movie~

Nostalgia Quest

It had been a long time I never meet with my alpha group mates especially those who migrated to Cyber starting Beta year. Every time I went cyber, I was bonded with my works and thus left no time for meeting them. On 11th of November, I had reunited with them because they came to Melaka. The one I miss so much is Hsien Fu. Really been a long time “missing”. I was once thinking that he might have stopped studying here. The others, though not meeting but still have some chats on net. The mood was great meeting them all back. Just like old time when we crapped together in class.

Well, according to them, there are some missions to complete in Melaka:

First, is to seek the existence of legendary juicy “pork”.
Second, is to “shop”!
Third, is to get their hand dirty with “seafood”.
Fourth, is to browse around “Jongker”.
Fifth, is to eat Satay Celup!

A lot of missions, and I guess we just managed to accomplish part of it. I met with them at 1pm noon. After that we went for lunch at TC Spring. We spent some time there waiting for another friend. Soon, we leave the place and head for the first destination (Dataran Pahlawan) despite the rain. Afterwards, we continue our tour to “Nadese”. It is a Shop well-known with its layers cake (original). We had some chit-chat just to make time past and waiting for the stomach to give dinner signal. Luckily, the feedbacks were not bad from my friends. Otherwise, I would have been beaten by our “Yok Jeh”.LOL

Then, it’s time for seafood! We went to Portuguese settlement and start dumping all the crab, prawn, fish, lala, squids into our stomach. For me, even the shell of prawn! The meal was satisfying since the place and environment was great. It has superb view and nice breeze. The food was even more astonishing. Fantastic~

Next pit-stop was the Jongker Street. [Digest in progress] I just bought a “ZHULIAN”, nothing else special.

Last, we went for some drinks before we separate. It’s Asian Havana Café where I had been to for second time. This time I tried some new drinks and it was delighting. Really hope to gather with them once again in coming days. Still have some mission not accomplish yet. (or) Perhaps, I will go and find them at Cyber next time~ Friends Forever! Cheers!

HELL Perfection

She is perfect if she is blessed with pretty or cute face;
She is perfect if she is blessed with nice curve;
She is perfect if she create charming smiles;
She is perfect if she create enchanting laughs;
It is a combination of perfection for beauty.
Is it?

It seems like a thousand years they had separated. Thinking back the time they used to be together. It’s like needle stitching their hearts when they think of each others. They remember each others’ face, smiles, and laughs very well. Through “stitching”, it does heal their wounds of “missing” but it left pains. They remember each others’ voice and eyes’ color. It’s like adrenalin boosting our heart to beat non-stop. Through “boosting”, it does heal their empty heart but it left pains.

The pains are from what they had really “miss” during the separation. It’s not face, smiles, laughs, voices, or inner beauty alone that we “miss”. That is why we never heal ourselves through “missing”. They are not perfect with just a single smile, laugh, face, or personalities. They are beautiful as a whole, as (him or her) themselves uniquely. Each others’ perfection will never be coded correctly in their mind. Mind is lack of some kind of chemical to create perfection. Thus, “missing” will never claim all the goodness of your partners. Even if they imagine (or miss) it as a whole, there is no soul in it.

There are always imperfections in “missing”. Maybe that is also why many people had found their love ones which are different significantly with their “dream girl”. That’s the perfection that hell gives us in imagination. To seek for the true one, look beyond! (Remember that mind does not work well in this!)

Sketch with "artline" and edited with Photoshop masterpieces. Use alot of vivid tonning. Just love the look of handwork and digital-work as a whole. Still poor in illustrating face.Improvement needed.
Art work from a photo search from Google. Simply choose a lucky girl for my edition. Just love it to be plain. That's the imperfection of beauty~
